Who looks after your information

Giorgos Charalampous is responsible for your personal information on this website. You can contact him using the email, telephone number or form on the Contact page, including for any privacy question or request.

When you contact us

We use your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry and discuss photography services. You can also choose to share your phone number, Instagram handle, wedding date, venue, approximate guest count and how you heard about us. Please avoid sending sensitive information or private details about other people. We keep enquiries in our website records and may receive a copy through Gmail. You may also receive an email confirming your enquiry. Contacting us does not sign you up for advertising or a mailing list. For booking enquiries, we use this information to take steps you have requested before making a contract. For other messages, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering questions and running the photography business.

Photographs and testimonials

Our portfolio includes selected photographs, couples’ names, wedding dates, venues, supplier credits and testimonials. Photos may include guests and children. Photograph permissions are obtained through the initial signed contract; testimonials are requested after the event and delivery of the work. Portfolio content is public. People can view it, take screenshots or copy it, even though our Website terms restrict redistribution and reuse. We do not use facial recognition. If a photograph or testimonial raises a privacy concern, or you would like it removed, contact us with the page or image so we can review your request.

Information collected when you browse

Our website providers receive basic connection information, such as your internet address (IP address), browser details and the pages you request, to deliver the website and its images. We also use connection information briefly to help prevent spam and misuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and protecting it from abuse. With your permission, we also collect information about how the website is used: the types of pages visited, links and buttons clicked, time spent on the site, the website you arrived from and your screen size. A temporary random reference connects activity during a visit. These statistics do not include what you type into the enquiry form. We use them to understand how visitors use the site. You can accept or reject this optional measurement in Cookie settings and change your mind at any time. Rejecting it does not stop you browsing or contacting us. We also turn it off when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Changing your choice stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already collected.

Who helps us run the website

We use Vercel to host the website and portfolio images, Neon to store website information, and Google Gmail for enquiry emails. These providers, authorised staff and people providing website support may handle information as needed for their work. Email messages are also handled by the recipient’s email provider. Links to social networks take you to separate websites with their own privacy policies. The website does not take payments, offer public accounts or use advertising trackers.

How long we keep information

Website enquiries are kept in our active records for six calendar months from the date you send them. After that, we stop using them for day-to-day enquiries and are removed through routine deletion checks. A record may remain stored until the next successful check. Website usage statistics have a 90-day retention period and are removed through routine deletion checks. Your cookie choice is remembered for 180 days. The temporary reference used for a visit normally lasts until you close the browser tab or session. Deleting a website enquiry does not automatically delete related emails, backups or copies someone has downloaded. Published photographs, testimonials and staff accounts remain until they are removed or updated. You can contact us about information you would like removed.

Keeping information safe

Access to enquiries and website management is limited to authorised people who sign in. We use security measures to help protect your information, although no website or online service can be completely secure.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to limit how it is used, object to certain uses or provide a copy that you can transfer to another service. Where we rely on your permission, you can withdraw it; this does not affect lawful use before you withdrew it. Some rights have legal limits. Use the Contact page to explain your request. We may need to confirm your identity, but please do not send identity documents unless we ask for them. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or the data protection authority where you live. Where UK law applies, this includes the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children and updates

The enquiry form is intended for adults arranging photography. If you are concerned about a child appearing in the portfolio, please contact us. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects using automated systems alone. We will update this notice when our practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
